That's right, Miss I HATE ANIME took a peek at Hellsing. Lots of friends suggested it and I like vampires, so I gave it a go. I've seen more Hellsing Ultimate than Classic and each has things about it I like. I'm posting this here because it's an art thing and...well this is my art site! I don't know if anybody who watches this thing has seen it or not.

I like the animation in Ultimate but the RANDOM CLOSE-UPS OF PEOPLE'S MOUTHS gets on my nerves. That and the CGI...because to me, CGI and 2D mixed is like oil and water for me. It looks so tacky and lazy.

You're a pretty neat guy. You're a victim of the usual OMG PRITTYBOI VAMPIRE treatment save a few creases on your face. These are your saving graces. However. STOP GOING >8D ALL THE TIME. I know you're batshit (lolpun) but please make a different expression! Be interesting, dammit! Also, you dress like Carman SanDiego and I find it hilarious. THIS IS A GOOD THING.

Classic was okay in character design. I didn't mind the lack of heavy, clean lines because I tend to like a more hand-drawn looking cartoon. Alucard wasn't as obnoxious in this one. OMG DOGGY. LOVE DOGGY. Though the police chick was really annoying. She was too delicate. I like HU Policegirl better because she's funny.

I'd still watch either one again though and intend to do so! Hellsing looks like something I can just sit back, watch, and accept the badassdom of it despite my bit-chomping want to judge most things like it because of pointy checkmark-shaped noses. Doggy. Doggy with eyes. DOGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Yes.

Speaking of HELL, I saw Hellboy 1 for the first time EVAAAAAAR earlier this week and was impressed! I enjoyed it. Also, he has a tail. Wolfy approves of this. HEAR THAT, REJECT VAN HELLSING APEMANWEREWOLVES? TAILS MAKE THE BEAST! BLAAAARLARalkdfjdkfdsnfdspeanuts. Take a leaf out of Dogsoldiers will you? Also, Movie!Prof.Lupin werewolf, you suck even MORE because you look like gollum and he gives me nightmares because he looks like one of my late mamaws.

I might go see the new Hellboy today with Kat and maybe spend the night if I feel well enough. I've felt like roadkill all week long. It looks BYUUUTIMUS because they MADE a lot of the critters. It's not a bunch of CGI stuffs. Pan's Labyrinth people yay! ...I did not understand the PL movie ONE BIT but damn it was pretty XD
